What happens to the account if an employee leaves the company?
Nothing changes. Each MemoirX account is personal — tied to the individual. When someone leaves, retires, or moves on, their account stays with them. It's theirs for life.
How long does the on-site enrollment take for a large team?
Each individual session typically takes around 30 minutes — but that's a guide, not a rule. We never rush anyone through something this personal. For smaller groups we can often wrap up in a day. For larger organizations, we schedule multiple days — even up to two weeks if that's what it takes. We don't leave until everyone is set up.
Do employees have to participate?
Participation is always voluntary. We encourage organizations to make it available to everyone, but no one is required to set up an account. In our experience, once people understand what MemoirX does, the vast majority want in.
What does the personal setup session actually include?
In each session, we help the person create their account, record an initial voice or video message, set up their recipient list (who receives their legacy), and understand how to continue adding content on their own. It's a complete, guided start — and we take as much time as that person needs.
