MemoirX was born from loss.
After losing both of my parents, I found myself wishing for one more video, one more letter, one more planned surprise — something to hold onto.
As the days turned into months, and the months into years, the absence felt heavier. I realized we can't stop time — but we can prepare for it.
MemoirX exists so families never have to wish they had "just one more message."

You schedule deliveries in advance — by date, milestone, or event. Our team handles the fulfillment exactly as you've instructed: video messages, handwritten letters, physical items, or planned experiences. Nothing is sent until the moment you've chosen.
Your content is yours. If you cancel, we provide a full export of everything you've stored. Nothing is deleted without your explicit consent.
Yes. You can edit, replace, or delete any message, letter, or plan at any time through your private portal. Life changes — your legacy plan can too.
If you or a loved one is terminally ill, simply reach out to us directly. We handle every request with complete discretion and compassion — no lengthy process, no judgment.
